- Optional Aperative: Gin Cocktails
- Starter: Potted Shrimp
- Main: Pressed Belly of Pork with Seasonal Vegetables
- Desert: Fruit Crumble
As far as getting people interested, I would mention something about the new wave of chefs in England like Jamie Oliver, Gordon Ramsey and Marco Pierre White who have done a lot to change the way people eat and cook. Like I said to you yesterday, a lot of people have a bad impression of British food based on experiences in tourist traps in London. Imagine a tourist landing in Klagenfurt and having their first meals in Wiener Wald and the SB restaurant at the strandbad.
